After soon time of reflection, I will say 2022 was event. I accomplished a few things in 2022 such as going on a trip without any family members. This maybe a simple thing for some people but for as long I can remember i’ve gone on vacation with family. In 2022 I went to Washington, D.C. I was glad went even while a storm f women storming the captain due to the act, congress passed a bill to give the states the decision to make laws for or against abortion. The air shifted but the library conference was fun. I I got too many books along the way. Canada was excellent, and I would g again if given another chance. The weather was great, and the coffee was just as good. After visiting all these different places, I felt that we are all the same, trying to find our homes in the world and I was hoping to share them with friends and family. I graduated this year with a master's in English from Northwestern University. Yep weather was humid, and the hotel we stayed in was damp, so my hair was braided for the occasion. I saw more of my family this year also, which is never a bad thing.
My hopes for this coming year are more travel, more experiences, and stories to share. I hope everyone has a great year and we all make the most of it.
